Welcome to Kristen Tessmer Coaching. These Terms & Conditions describe the general terms for using this website and purchasing coaching services.

By purchasing coaching services, you agree to the applicable terms described below.

Coaching Services

Kristen Tessmer Coaching provides life and mindset coaching, with a focus on supporting women attorneys as they navigate personal and professional transitions.

Coaching is intended to support reflection, goal setting, personal growth, and decision-making.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal representation, or financial advice.

Although Kristen Tessmer has a professional background as an attorney, coaching services do not establish an attorney-client relationship or include legal advice.

Private Coaching Package

The three-month private coaching package includes:

• Twelve private coaching sessions

• Forty-five minutes per session

• Sessions generally scheduled weekly

• Sessions conducted via Zoom or telephone, according to client preference

• A total investment of $3,000

Clients have up to four months from the start of their coaching engagement to complete the twelve sessions, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms below.

Payment Options

Clients may choose between:

Pay in Full: $3,000 due at enrollment.

Payment Plan: Three payments of $1,000, with the first due at enrollment, the second one month later, and the third one month after that.

There is no additional fee for selecting the payment plan.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' advance notice without losing that session.

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, including missed appointments and no-shows, will count as used.

Refund Policy

Clients who cancel their coaching package before coaching begins are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid.

After coaching begins, clients who choose to discontinue coaching may receive a refund for unused sessions.

For purposes of calculating refunds, each of the twelve sessions is allocated a value of $250.

Sessions already completed, as well as sessions counted as used under the cancellation and rescheduling policy, are not refundable.

For clients on a payment plan, amounts already paid will be reconciled against the value of sessions used. Any overpayment will be refunded, and any outstanding balance for sessions used will remain payable.

Coaching Relationship and Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

Kristen Tessmer Coaching does not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, or other outcomes.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professional assistance for matters outside the scope of coaching.

Confidentiality

Kristen Tessmer Coaching respects the personal nature of coaching conversations and intends to handle client information with care and discretion.

Coaching confidentiality is not the same as attorney-client privilege or confidentiality protections that may apply in licensed mental health treatment.

Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Any changes affecting an existing coaching purchase will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable to that purchase and applicable law.
